Service Update for 814 Users

We would like to thank all 814 passengers and families for their patience and understanding whilst we have been working on a resolution to the issues affecting the service since the start of term.

Following a successful trial, we are pleased to confirm that we will be going ahead with the following arrangement to ensure a smoother, more reliable journey to school

AM Journeys

The 06:50 service 300 from Aylesbury will now accept passengers with 814 passes travelling to Marlow Hill from Loosely Row, Lacey Green, Naphill, and Hughenden Valley.

This bus will use a double decker vehicle, ensuring a seat is always available for these passengers.

The 300 will serve Aylesbury Bus Station and then go directly to Marlow Hill.

The 814 service will continue to take any passengers travelling to the Royal Grammar School from the same locations before continuing on its normal route to Hazlemere.

PM Journeys

Passengers travelling from Marlow Hill to Hughenden Valley, Naphill, Walters Ash, Lacey Green, and Loosely Row will have two options:

- The 15:45 service 300S

- Or the 16:00 service 814, whichever is more suitable.

We kindly ask all passengers to follow these changes so that every student has a safe, comfortable, and reliable journey.

For reassurance, both the 814 and 300 services can be tracked in real time via the mytrip app.

Thank you once again for your cooperation and support as we put this long-term solution in place.
